Biography
This session will include practical information on how to get any website into ChatGPT, with a focus on what a website needs in order to get included in almost any AI. At the end of this session you will understand how AI systems interpret authority, clarity, experience, and trust—and how you can compete without large marketing budgets (where possible because developers should never work for free). This session will explain what types of sources LLMs draw from (official websites, tourism boards, review platforms, structured data, authoritative media), which pages matter most on a website, how detailed experience descriptions should be to be “understandable” by AI and whether FAQs and plain-language explanations increase inclusion. This session will also include practical information on how schema markup influences AI inclusion. How important are consistent NAP (name, address, phone number) details, maps, and opening hours for physical and virtual businesses. How do reviews, awards, and listings (Google, TripAdvisor, regional sites) factor in? And most importantly how to future-proof content for evolving AI systems.
